Thank you for visiting and shopping at Enchanted & Planted. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders may or may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders with live plants will ship Monday or Tuesdays. It is highly recommended for orders with live plants to choose a faster shipping speed, depending on your location. I highly recommend only shipping live plants with UPS 2-3 day or USPS Priority Mail/Priority Mail Express. During extreme weather, please purchase additional insulation/heat packs needed to keep your plant safe. Additional insulation and/or heat packs can be found under the 'plant accessories' tab on the home page menu. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
